it would be great to have one here

the "can not attach external process" limitation of visual studio express make using unit with VS Express very unpractical.

cant wait to see a NUnitit.vs2010.vsi

hi pipeline, i have vs 2005 with xp service pack 3, i got no error
message, it opens vs , and when the solution its loaded it closes.., my
solution was to locate .addin and delete it (i cant go to addin manager
cause it closes at start). nevermind , thanks.

Hi,

sorry for this late reply (on vacation). I'm not quite sure what is causing this. What version of Visual Studio are you using? Do you receive any error messages? It's actually quite weird if this is caused by the addin.

If it keeps failing you can either disable the addin via Tools->Addin Manager or delete the contents in "...\My Documents\Visual Studio 20xx\Addins"

hi, ive installed the plugin and then visual studio doesnt open, it loads a project and then close... please help.

It provides a quick way to run your unit tests mostly from within the VS IDE, and you don't have to mess with your project configurations at all. You can also debug your unit tests easily. It's not quite as good as TestDriven.Net, but it's *free*.

While this is not a question that really has anything to do with NUnitit, I was wondering -- when I do run my tests via NUnitit and subsequently, through the NUnit GUI, is there any option that I'm missing that would allow double-clicking in the NUnit GUI to jump to the specific line in the test case that failed? My guess is no, but I thought I'd ask anyway.

Hi,

I like the idea of your tool.

Yet I have one small issue : the NUnit GUI start loading the start-up project of my solution.
But my test project is not the default one.

Is there a way choosing the project to load?
Maybe you could add an entry in the project context-menu to load/debug it, instead of default project?
